By opening and consulting the internet site of Lipogems International S.p.A. www.lipogems.com (hereafter referred to as the Site) the user expressly agrees to respect the terms and conditions of use which regulate the Site, set forth below, and other applicable laws. If you do not accept said terms and conditions for use of the Site, you are requested not to access it.
The owner of the Site is the company Lipogems International S.p.A. (hereafter referred to as Lipogems) with registered office in Viale Bianca Maria 24 – 20129 Milano, Italy, tax code and VAT number and registration on Milan Company Register n. 07093190960, REA n. 1935014.
All the material, the contents and visible and non-visible components of this Site are protected by intellectual property rights in compliance with current legislation on the matter of copyright wherever relevant. Moreover, all forms of intellectual property contained in the Site, including but not limited to copyright, trade mark rights, patents and designs are protected. The fact that access to this material through the Site has been made public does not authorize the use of the same.
